It would have been nice to see the Chiefs win three in a row…
But it was not to be. Every time the media anointed Mahomes during the days leading up to the Super Bowl, the Eagles must have gotten madder, and stronger. By game day the Eagles were having none of it and proved it on the field, the only place that counts.
Mahomes and the Chiefs must have felt like Kamala Harris.
BTW - Three other clear winners
There were three other clear winners in this year's Super Bowl: NFL on Fox, The U.S. Secret Service and Jeep.
NFL on Fox put together a Brad Pitt-hosted explanation of what it means to be an American on Super Bowl Sunday. An amazing 5 1/2 minutes of America. They knocked it out of the park. Not easy to do in a domed stadium. Missed it? Watch it HERE.
The United States Secret Service is recruiting! And their appeal to Americans to join them is based the history of Americans stepping up when needed to protect FREEDOM. It is a goose-bumping patriotic presentation all Americans should watch, more than once, here.
Jeep spent $32 million to air possibly the best Super Bowl ad ever: a 2-minute presentation that emphasized what every Jeep owner believes in: AMERICA, and why they buy a Jeep: FREEDOM. But it was so much more. It was about our nation. It was also a non-discriminatory ad, including even Jeep-competing Ford Broncos. If you haven't seen itm view it HERE. The Friday before the Super Bowl was not without note.
Once a month Nancy has me clean the house before our cleaning lady gets here. (???) My life… or lack thereof… She also says if I keep it clean in the first place I wouldn't have to worry about it later.
The Democrats should’ve thought about that while they were wrecking the country. Now they must worry about Trump in a cleaning frenzy. I only must worry about our cleaning lady.
Life is good when you’re a conservative. Hapless libs can keep whining.
Dems are aboard a rudderless ship.
No captain and going down. Anything can happen but right now it’s not happening. But if you ask me, it’s Marketing 101. Understand the market and provide what people want, your personal ideologies be damned. That’s what Trump is doing. If the Dems don’t act fast, they won’t last much longer than the Titanic.
It’s about time someone owned the media besides Dems.
The legacy media is dying a slow death. Obviously, part of it is due to new digital media; anyone can publish or drop a podcast. It’s great. (I do both!) And who wants icky printer’s ink on your hands while reading old news?
But what I have wondered for years is why publishers and broadcasters haven’t replaced liberal news staffs with conservative or middle of the road reporters? The ever-escalating ratings and success of Fox News, and more than a few examples of digital media, has been the writing on the wall: America is slightly to the right of center and that’s where the ratings and the money can be found.
Most Americans don’t want anything to do with a pile of leftist lunacy. And smart conservatives have realized, you can push back. You just can’t fix stupid. It will have to fix itself or continue to die.
Ah, those were the days!
California wildfires are what happens when you put altruistic bureaucrats in charge of a tree-hugging organization.
I was at Crab Orchard National Wildlife refuge in Southern Illinois when tree huggers decided they would improve the habitat to save endangered Canada Geese, birds so stupid they couldn’t point to Canada on a good day. They improved the habitat, alright, and within 10 years tens of thousands of these birds were decimating corn crops and pooping all over everything in city parks, residential neighborhoods and other areas, from southern Illinois all the way to Canada. Rodents with feathers.
Another nice job by the tree huggers… But no lithium batteries burned.

The Communist Chinese Party is the world’s biggest threat
The greatest threat to the world is posed by the Communist Chinese because they have the power to infiltrate weak countries and buy them off with badly needed infrastructure and other hard necessities of life, and because the Chinese Communist Party truly believes it should rule the world.
The flipside of the coin has been offered by Donald Trump who invites countries to manufacture inside the United States and reap the benefits of strengthening their own countries that way. The smart money is on Trump… but many a Third World nation will go the easy way preferring a quick handout now to the prospects of a real job and real prosperity for the long term. China has been improving infrastructure in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and other countries (about150 countries and nearly $700 billion, according to some reports).
It’s similar to a lifetime welfare recipient; always on the dole, always dependent on someone else.
Red China equals slavery. Donald Trump‘s America equals freedom. Take your pick, folks. Just remember, no one is trying to sneak into Red China.
How can this be?
How can this be? In one sense the last four years were both the worst thing for America and the best. It’s made Donald Trump and the rest of us MAGA-maniacs stronger, and added to our numbers. The numbers being added aren't necessarily Maga-maniacs, Trumpites or Republicans. They're common-sense Americans who voted for America.
Americans have seen what can happen when we're asleep at the wheel. Best of all, we've proven that our system works, our Constitution is strong, and we are keeping our Republic, thank you Ben.
